Ingredients
2 Cups Brown Rice2 TBS Oil2 TBS ButterSalt to taste3 Cups Chicken Broth
Directions
Boil chicken broth. Add vegetable oil and rice. Let simmer for about twenty mins or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Add butter and salt to taste.
