Ingredients
1/4 cup frozen limeade2.5 cup frozen strawberry1 cup plain nonfat yogurt2 cup skim milk1 scoop (33 grams) Vanilla whey protien powder2-4 packets equal sweetner
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Makes 4 -10oz servings. (store in a pitcher in the fridge.)

    This is excellent! I leavee out the splenda and use all natural ingredients.

    I also use Gold Standard Whey by Optimum Nutrition (vanilla ice cream flavor) if anyone needs suggestions on what kind of protein to use. - 8/20/08
