Galric and Sun Dried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
4 tbsp evoo6 cloves of garlic, rough chopped10 sun dried tomatoes, rough chopppedabout 20 slices fresh mushrooms, rough chopped1 tbsp red pepper flakes1 box (14 oz) Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Pasta
Directions
In small saucepan over medium-low heat, warm olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, and red pepper flakes. Stir occasionally.

In large pot, boil pasta according to directions on box for your preferred done-ness. Drain when cooked.

Return pasta to large pot. Add olive oil mixture. Stir well.

Makes 14 2-oz. servings.

    This was super easy and super yummy! I used bacon flavored grapeseed oil & subbed roasted cauliflower for the mushrooms, only because I didn't have any. Will definitely make it again :) - 10/27/11
