Kielbasa Soup (Grandma Thommen)

Polska Kielbasa, 32 oz (2 rings, peeled and cut into bite-size slices)Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup Carrots, raw, 1 medium (peeled and diced)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (diced)Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (diced)Beef bouillon, 1 cube (6 fl oz prepared) (just add the cube to the 8 cups of water)Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
Bring the water to a boil. Toss in the barley, carrots, celery, onion, and beef bouillon. Lower to a slow roll. Cook for 30 minutes. Add kielbasa. Simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
