Fresh veggie fruits smoothie with protein powder

Ingredients
Carrot, Apples,Beets, Blueberry, Strawberries, Papayas,Kiwi fruits, Banana one medium, Flax seed meals 1 tbs, Protein powder 1 serving. Yogurt 6 oz.Water half cup. ** all veggies and fruits are half cup each.
Directions
Put all ingredient in blender, hight powered 3 min. Or until all blend.

Serving Size: Makes 12 oz each for 3 serving.
