Bacon "Spanish" Rice

Ingredients
1/2 package Oscar Mayer bacon1 small onion chopped2 cans Campbell's Tomato Soup4 cups instant white rice2 soup cans of water
Directions
Fry the bacon in a skillet, then sauté the onions in the bacon grease. Add the two cans of soup and the water, bring to a boil. Add the rice, cover, wait 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste

Serving Size: about 1 cup- makes 5-6 servings
