4 Lbs chicken wings (tips removed)1 cup all purpose flour1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 Gallon Plastic Bag
Cut up wings and remove tips, rinse and completely pat dry with towel.
Mix ingredients and use a plastic bag. Shake well to coat evenly.
Place on a sheet pan and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.
