Itbsp fresh ginger3 cloves garlic300g silken tofu (1 small vacum pack)3 tbsp soy sauce4 tbsp peanut butter2 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Blend all of the ingredients.
Pour over your stir fry in the last few moments of cooking and heat through.
