Parmesan Baked Flounder

Ingredients
4 oz thawed Flounder (any fish will do, but this nutrition content is for flounder)2 Teaspoons Plain Bread Crumbs1 Tablespoon Melted Margarine2 Teaspoons Parmesan CheeseLemon Juice for flavor and to keep fish from drying
Directions
Place fish on baking pan (spray with Pam) or place on tin foil. Pour melted butter and lemon juice on fish. Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 min
