2 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed )6 slices of thick bacon (cut in thin pieces )3 slices of deli ham ( chopped )1/2 Stalk celery ( chopped small )2 slices onion ( chopped )5 lg Eggs1 cup 2% milk2 cups any cheese you like
put hashbrowns in baking dish of choice stir 2 tsps of melted butter in then toss and press hashbrowns around edges and bottom of pan to make like pie crust. Place in oven at 475 for about 30 min or till getting golden brown. In small frying pan fry the bacon until almost crispy drain off most fat, add celery, onion, and ham cook until blended and warm. In separate dish beat the 5 eggs add the rest of butter cheese and cooked mixture after cooling . When hashbrowns are turning golden pull out of oven, pour mixture onto the hashbrowns, put back in oven, turn temp down to 350 and let bake for about 30 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean
