1 15 oz. can french style green beans 1 15 oz. can white shoe peg corn1 frozen bag of tiny peas - approx. 15 oz.1 cup oniuons chopped fine1 cup green pepper chopped fine1 cup red or orange pepper chopped fine1 cup celery - chopped fine3/4 cup white vinegar1/4 cup vegetable oil1 cup sugar3 tbs. water.
Bring the vinegar, oil, sugar and water to a boil. When sugar is completele dissovled, remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Chop all the vegetables and stir in the liquid until all are covered. This serves a large crowd and will keep up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
