Healthy Egg Muffins

Ingredients
3 cups of liquid egg substitute1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese3 TBS Hormel bacon crumbles
Directions
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.) Spray muffin tin with non-fat baking spray.
3.) Pour 1/4 cup of liquid egg into each muffin cup.
4.) Finely chop pepper and onion. Evenly distribute into each cup.
5.) Evenly distribute bacon crumbles into each cup.
6.) Using a small spoon, gently stir each cup so ingredients are mixed throughout the muffin.
7.) Evenly distribute shredded cheese on the top of each muffin.
8.) Bake for 12 minutes.
