Fruit Compote

Ingredients
1 mango, diced1 nectarine, diced1 peach, diced1 cup fozen raspberries, thawed1/4 cup dried cranberrieszest of one orange1 TBS Splenda brown sugar blend1 TBS Agave nectar3/4 cup water1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
Directions
In a saucepan, mix water, orange zest, Splenda, and Agave nectar until well mixed. Over medium heat, mix in dried cranberries, stir for about 1 minute until they begin to plump. Add nectarine, mango, and peach. Stir for 5 minutes until warmed through. Add thawed raspberries with juice. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes until all fruit is soft and has made a sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
