Ingredients
2 cups self-rising white corn meal mix1 1/3 cup almond milk (or you can use regular or buttermilk)1/4 cup applesauce1 egg, beaten
Directions
Heat oven to 450. Stir all ingredients together and fill 12 lined muffin cups. Bake 15-20 minutes.
