Mango Jerk Chicken

Ingredients
1 thick Chicken breast1 Mango1 LimeJerk Seasoning
Directions
Pat a thick chicken breast dry and cover in jerk seasoning. The seasoning is quite hot, use sparingly. Squeeze a bit of the lime juice on the chicken and broil the chicken about 5-7 minutes per side. Meanwhile, chop up your mango and mix with lime juice. Serve chicken in slices topped with Mango, over rice or salad.

For variations add onion, red peppers, cilantro or basil to your mango before topping the chicken.
