Cheesy Chicken Monterey

1 package Knorr Rice- chicken1 can drained corn1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 can chopped green chilies, undrained1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Prepare rice as directed. Stir in corn, beans, and chilies.
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbls veg. oil in large skillet over med- high heat and cook chicken, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Arrange rice on serving platter (or plates) and top with chicken and cheese
