Protein pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Quaker Oats1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour1/8 cup sugar3 tbsp Ground Cinnamon1 tsp Baking Soda1 cup Cottage Cheese (1%)1 cup Skim Milk1/2 cup Egg Whites
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add cottage cheese, egg whites and milk and mix. Add to blender to liquify.

Pre-heat pan on medium heat.

Pour 1/2 cup of batter into pan and cook approx. 50 seconds per side. (makes 8 pancakes)
