Olive Oil, Lime and Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp honey2 tbsp cider vinegar1/2 tsp dijon mustardjuice from half large lime or one small lime1.5 tbsp olive oildash black pepper3 tbsp water
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a screw top jar and shake vigorously until well blended.

When ready to use pour two tbsp over your salad.

This will keep in the fridge for a week.
