Ingredients
3 slices sourdough bread cut in cubes3 large eggs1 c. nonfat milk1/3 c. sugar1 Tbl cinnamon1 tsp cardamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together all ingredients except bread. Once mixed stir in bread cubes. Let them soak a few minutes while you lightly spray 8 x 8" pan w/ cooking spray.
Bake for about 30 minutes until it tests done in center
