4-Bean, 3-Pepper, Low-Fat Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic1 Whole Yellow Sweet Onion (Chopped Coarse)1 1/4 Lb. Jenny-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey1 Can Low Sodium Tomato Soup1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies1 Can Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes1 Can Black Beans1 Can Red Kidney Beans1 Can White Kidney Beans1 Can Garbonzo Beans1 Can Whole Kernel Corn2 Tablespoons Chili Powder1/8 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper1/8 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper1/8 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper1/8 Teaspoon Ground All-Spice1 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder1 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder1 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin2 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth (or Stock)2 Cups Low Sodium Beef Broth (or Stock)1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce1/8 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
Directions
1) Pour all beans and corn into strainer and allow to drain while you continue prep work.

2) Mix all spices in a bowl and set aside.

3) Add all tomato products to slow cooker.

4) Heat large non-stick skillet on medium heat until warm. Add olive oil. Add minced garlic and saute until it starts to brown. Then add chopped onion and cook just until the smallest pieces start to brown and larger pieces turn translucent. Then add ground turkey and cook until it has browned evenly.

5) While turkey is browning, add drained beans and corn to slow cooker and stir.

6) Next add chicken broth, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke to slow cooker and stir again.

7) Add spice mixture to slow cooker and stir thoroughly.

8) When turkey has browned, pour skillet into slow cooker and again stir thoroughly.

9) Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.

10) Stir, turn to low and continue cooking for 6 hours. Stir every two hours while on low.
