Black Bean Enchilada Bake

Ingredients
1 t. olive oil1 large onion chopped2 garlic clove minced3 cans black beans1/2 cup sour cream1/2 package cream cheesecumin1 can green chilies12 corn tortillas14 ounces queso quesadilla cheese
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in oil until golden. Add drained black beans. Heat up and then add sour cream and cream cheese. Layer black beans,2/3 of cheese, tortillas and 1 bottle of enchilada sauce in dish. Pour second bottle over the top and bake at 350 until nice and hot. Add remaining cheese and bake until cheese melted. Serve with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and sliced black olives.
