1 Box Jumbo Pasta ShellsShell Stuffing: 1/2 lb Cooked Italian Sausge1 lb Low-fat Cottage Cheese, drained1 Box Frozen Chopped Spinach1/4 Shredded ParmesanJuice from 1/2 Lemon1 EggOregano to tasteSalt and Pepper to tasteTop with:2 Cups Marinara1/2 Part-Skim Mozzarella
Boil pasta shells to al dente while cooking the sausage. Drain shells and place in cold water until ready to stuff.
Mix stuffing ingredients in bowl then stuff into shells. Top with sauce and cheese and back for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven
