Low Calorie Cabbage Crunch Salad

4 cups fresh cabbage, shredded1 cup raw carrots, grated1/2 cup green peppers, chopped1/2 cup green (spring) onions, finely sliced2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, finely grated or chopped1/2 teaspoon sesame oil1 teaspoon brown sugar, unpacked1/4 teaspoon Hot Chili Sauce (Sriracha) or to taste1/2 package Oriental flavor Ramen noodles (40 gms)
Mix together in large bowl (with cover) cabbage, carrots, green peppers, and green onions. In small bowl mix together vinegar, soy sauce, ginger root, sesame oil, brown sugar and hot sauce. Stir well to combine and pour over vegetables. Mix well. Put in refrigerator and let flavors mix - best if made at least an hour in advance. Shake bowl occasionally. At serving time stir in Ramen noodles.
