Ingredients
16 ozs dry navy beans1 Cup chopped bell pepper1 onion chopped2 to 3 ozs. Tasso (cajon smoked ham)2t salt or to taste (start with one)1t blk. pepper or to taste1.5t garlic powder or to taste (start with one).5 t cajon seasoning or to taste
Directions
soak/wash dry beans per package directions. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 to 1.5 hours or until tender.
