Oats Upma (with Old fashioned oats)

Ingredients
1 cup Old fashioned oats (Roast them in a pan and set aside)1/2 cup edamame1 tbsp oil1/2 cup onions chopped1/4 cup tomatoes chopped1 tsp ginger grated3 to 4 green chillies slitfew curry leaves1 tsp chana dal1 tsp urad dal1 tsp mustard seedssalt as per tastewater 3 cups
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add the dals and let them turn golden brown in colour, and then add ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, fry for a minute and then add onions and edamame and saute until onions get translucent. Add tomatoes and saute for a minute more and add water and salt and let it come to boil. Now add the roasted oats and cook on very low heat until oats get cooked. Turn off the heat and serve them hot with any chutney of your choice.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings of 1.25 cups approx.
