Quick Oats, 1 cupBananas 2 (mashed)Chia Seed, 2 tbspEgg 1 largeLow Carb Protein Powder, 2 servingsAlmond Flour 1/8 cupAlmond Milk Unsweetened, 1/8 cup
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use a wisk or mixer to blend batter.
Use parchment paper to line a small square baking pan.
Place in the oven and bake at 325F for 15 minutes or less depending on your oven, check at 10 min mark.
Allow to cool. Lift up parchment paper, place on top of cutting board and cut into 4 equal squares. Wrap in plastic and store.
Serving Size: Makes 4 Square Bars
