Asian Veggie Salad

Ingredients
Salad:1/4c cooked lentils1/4c cooked quinoa1/2c edamame, prepared1/2c chopped cucumber1/2c chopped pepper2 radishes, sliced(any other veggies your heart desires!)Dressing:2 tbsp rice wine vinegar1/2 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp sesame oil (or any flavorful oil)1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce1/4 tsp sriracha (optional)
Directions
Combine salad ingredients. In a shaker (or clean jam jar), combine dressing ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour over salad.
