Sweet pepper Tart

Ingredients
Tart fillingRed, green and yellow peppers 2 cups Eggs 3Milk 0% 50 ccOnion 1Tart base White flour 1 cup Oil 3 tbspWater 100 cc
Directions
Mix flour, oil (2 tbsp) and water in the food procesor.
Rest for 20-30 min
Roll out and put in a tart dish. Reserve in fridge.

Use brunoise cut for peppers.
Put in a pan 1 tbsp oil, onions (chopped), and pepper.
Let them soft.
Then add milk, parmesan and eggs.

Put all this into the tart base.

180 ºC, 30 min
