CrockPot Chicken Cobbler

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces1 1-lb pkg frozen mixed veggies (peas, corn, lima beans, carrots, green beans) 1/2 cup frozen chopped onions or 1 medium onion, chopped3 pkg dry chicken gravy, to make 24 oz of gravy, prepare as directed on pkg or buy fat free canned gravy (I couldn't find any at the stores we have here)1.5 cups Bisquick1 bullion cube, boil in 1 cup water to make broth
Spray slow cooker w/ nonfat cooking spray.
In the cooker, stir together the chicken, frozen veggies, onion, and gravy until well mixed.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hrs.
In a medium bowl, stir the Bisquick and broth together to make a thick batter.
Spread the batter over the boiling gravy in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook for another 1/2 hour.
