Ingredients
1 cup (dry) Quinoa, cooked according to package directions3 chicken breasts, cubed and cooked thoroughly1 can black beans, drained1 can corn, drained1 can diced tomatoes, drainedwhatever spices you like
Directions
Cook quinoa according to package directions. Cube chicken and cook thoroughly, season to taste. Drain all canned items. Mix all together in large pot.
