Golden Sauce

Ingredients
3/4 cup water1 medium potato chopped1-2 medium carrots chopped1/4 cup raw cashews1 tsp salt1-2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Boil potatoes and carrots in water until tender. Place in blender with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth (may take a few minutes) being careful that the top of the blender does not explode off when starting to blend the hot ingredients. Place in pot and bring to a simmer for a couple of minutes to cook the cashews.

Serving Size: makes a sauce to cover 6 servings of broccoli/cawliflower
