Chili-Lime Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
1 Can Chickpeas or Garbanzo beans1/2 small Avocado chopped1/4 onion chopped1/2 jalapeno chopped1/2 bunch cilantro chopped1 garlic clove minced1 TBLS EVOO1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 lime juiceda tiny bit of Stevie extract.
Directions
Drain and rinse Garbanzo beans. Combine in a bowl with Avocado, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. For the Dressing: Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Dress the salad with the dressing. Let marinate for a while to combine flavors.
