Spicy Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Large Onions, raw, diced 22 oz - Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean2 cloves - Garlic, minced10 oz can - Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies 1 - 12 oz can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes1 can - Hunts Tomato Paste (6 Oz.)5 cups - water1 Pkg. - Bear Creek "Darn Good" Chili Mix, 9.8 oz (280 grams)Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In a Dutch Oven, saute the diced onions in 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil until translucent. Add ground turkey and lightly brown, then add minced garlic, Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis, can of diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and water. Stir in The Bear Creek "darn Good" Chili Mix and let simmer on low-to-medium heat for about 1 hour. Serve plain with cheddar cheese, or over your favorite chili accompaniment.
