Banana nut bread

Ingredients
2 cups white flour1/2 cup sugar3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup chopped walnuts3/4 cup chocolate chips111 mL Motts unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup fat free milk1 1/2 cup mashed bananastopping:1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup chocoate chips1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients except the topping. In a smaller bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix.
Spoon into 12 muffin cups. Top each with the brown sugar, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
Bake at 350 F for 30 - 35 mins or until done.
Makes 12.
