"Orange" Juice

Ingredients
2 medium carrots1/2 of a fresh lemon (peeled)2 kale leaves or 2 c. chopped1 medium apple1/4 cup fresh mint
Directions
Set your juicer to a medium speed and juice the kale, mint, then lemons. Increase the juicer speed and juice the apple and carrots. Stir and serve. If you choose to drink it later, be sure to store in an air tight (preferably glass). Keep in the refrigerator and use within 3 days of juicing.
