Carrot & Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients
1tsp canola oil1 large onion2 cloves of garlic1 bunch of carrots2 medium sweet potatoes1 box of low sodium chicken broth1/4 cup low fat milkspices: cumin, ginger, curry, nutmeg, turmeric
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil for a bit with the spices of your choosing, add carrots and sweet potato. Saute some more. Add 4 cups of chicken broth, and let simmer until veggies are soft. Blend until smooth and add a quarter cup of milk/water until appropriate consistency.
