Carrot Cake Cup Cake

Ingredients
2 cups Flour2 cups Granulated Sugar1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Ground Cinnamon4 eggs1 cup Apple Sauce3 cups Grated Carrots
Directions
Mix together first 5 ingredients.

Slowly add eggs, applesauce, and grated carrots.

Mix until thoroughly incorporated. Line muffin tin with paper liners and spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture into each. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
