Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 cup chopped onion1 pint low fat sour cream1 stick butter1 can cream of chicken (undiluted)2 cups grated cheddar cheese2 cups crushed corn flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and butter. Pour in casserole dish. Mix soft or melted butter with corn flakes and spread on top. Bake at 325 for one hour.
