Ingredients
2 cup cooked cracked whole grain buckwheat1 lb of cucumber, diced to ¼ inch½ cup minced shallot3 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill weed½ cup Oil and Vinegar Dressing
Directions
Chop cucumber and mince dill and shallot. Combine cooked buckwheat with vinaigrette, shallot, cucumber, and dill. Toss to combine.
