Chocolate & brazil brownies

Ingredients
100grms Ground almond4 eggs40grms brazils85 gram fructose or slender low sugar100grms butter150grms dark 70% chocolate
Directions
melt chocolate and butter
seperate the egg yoke from white
beat the yokes lightly and add to choc mix add almonds and brazils.
beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into the mixture.
put mixture in to a lined greased 8" baking tin and cook on 180 degrees for 20 to 25 mins.
