Skillet Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 box Whole Wheat Rotini1 large can spaghetti sauce8 oz light sour cream1/4 cup mozzarella
Directions
Bring 1 quart water to a boil and add rotini. Cook 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, brown ground turkey in a skillet.
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer until pasta is done.
Add sour cream and pasta and mix.
Sprinkle mozzarella on top.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 1/2 cup servings
