Thai Green Curry with Shrimp and Veggies

-1T of olive oil-onion - rough chopped-garlic cloves - chopped-zucchini - sliced in quaters-cauliflower - steamed and break florets apart-shrimp - thaw frozen cooked (jumbo size)-tomato - rough chopped-Trader Joes Thai Green Curry simmer sauce - 1 jar
1. saute onion and garlic in olive oil
2. add tomatoes until it's softened
3. add thaw shrimp
4. add zucchini and cauliflower
5. add simmer sauce
6. let it sit (occassionally stirring) from 15 mins. until thicken
7. serve and enjoy!
