Ingredients
1 tbsp shallots, chopped2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp honey1 tsp dijon mustard2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Combine first four ingredients into a blender or mini food processor and blend. Continue blending and add in the extra virgin olive oil, until fully combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
