Gluten Free Chocolate Chip & Berry Muffins

Ingredients
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/4 cupCurrents, dried, 0.25 cupHershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 4 tbspSunflower Seeds, without salt, 0.5 cup, hulledYogurt, plain, whole milk, 4 ozRice flour, brown, 2.5 cup
Directions
With a large spooin mix flour, seeds, and flax meal with yogurt and 2 cups of water in a medium bowl. Cover and store in room temperature over night.

In the morning, set the oven to 350.

Add chocolate chips and currents to the bowlm Mix by hand. Grease a muffin pan. Fill pan with mixture (roughly 3 tbsp per slot). Bake for 30 minutes
