Creole Fish

Ingredients
(2) 4 oz Cod or other Whitefish Filets(2) Tbs EVOOTony Chacheres Creole Seasoning to taste1/4 c light alfredo sauce
Directions
Drizzle EVOO into a hot skillet.
Add fish and sprinkle seasoning on to taste (I use quite a bit, it's spicy, but not really hot)
Cook 3 min per side.
Warm alfredo sauce in microwave and pour over fish just before serving.

Serving Size: 1- 4 oz filet and 1/8 c alfredo sauce
