Jelly Custard Biscuits Cake

2.5 cups 1% milk3 tbs. sugar3 tbs. custard powder1.5 tbs. cocoa powder1/2 tbs. nescafe3.5 cups water8 cups jelly powder1 tbs. sugar
mix the milk, cocoa powder, 3 tbs. sugar, custard powder and nescafe together in a pot over medium heat and keep stirring until it boil and become thick
arrange the biscuits in a serving pan
pour the above mix over the biscuits and spread well. let aside to cool
boil the water, remove from heat add 1 tbs. sugar and the jelly powder and mix well with a spoon. pour carefully over the custard layer
refrigerate for 3-5 hours and serve
Serving Size: makes 8 3-inch square pieces
