12oz of Philly Steak Meat (3oz's for each sandwich)1/2 Hoagie Roll (Need a total of 2 rolls)4 Pieces of Lite Provolone Cheese (1 slice per sandwich)1TBSP of Montreal Steak Seasoning
In a skillet, add 12oz of philly steak meat and 1TBSP of montreal steak seasoning. Cook until meat is brown and done.
Next, cut a hoagie roll in half, and then cut open to add meat and one slice of cheese on top of meat. Keep the roll open and place into oven and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until desired brownness or crunchiness.
