2 Quorn Naked Chik'n Cutlets, Cooked & Chopped8 Slices Yves Meatless Deli Salami Slices, Chopped1/4 lb. Provolone Cheese, Chopped1/2 C. Sliced Green Onions1/2 C. Fat-Free Mayonnaise4 Drained Pickled Pepperoncini Peppers, Chopped2 Tbsp. Light Zesty Italian Salad Dressing1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper2/3 C. Seeded & Chopped Roma Tomatoes
1. In med. bowl stir together Chik'n, salami, cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, pepperoncini peppers, salad dressing, & red pepper. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hr.
2. Just before serving, stir in tomatoes. Serve as a dip or sandwich filling.
