Hawaiian Chicken and Rice for 1

Ingredients
1 container ready to serve brown rice1 4 oz container pineapple in it's own juice1/4 cup frozen peas1 cup unsalted chicken stock4 oz chicken tenders
Directions
Season chicken tenders according to your taste,
Saute quickly in small skillet sprayed with Pam.
MIX pineapple with juice, peas, broth in medium saucepan.
Bring to boil.
STIR in rice.
Return to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
REMOVE from heat, stir in chicken tenders.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
