3 sweet potatoes 1 tbsp unsalted butter1/4 - 1/2 tsb salt
Directions
peel the sweet potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in water until soft. Mash and add salt and butter.

    I used less salt, and added ground black pepper to taste.. Simple mash to have with grilled salmon, and a dollop of low fat mayo. - 8/17/13
